Minimize camera shake and achieve sharper images.

Turn your Vehicle Engine off as quickly as possible for two key reasons:

• Reduced camera shake from vehicle vibrations and
• Animals are more likely to be on edge or even move away from the noise of the vehicle engine if it is left running.

TIP

a “Pool Noodle” is a cheap and easy Window Mounting Stability Platform if you are taking wildlife photographs from a vehicle. The high density foam rubber Pool Noodles are available at most larger supermarkets.

Cut the noodle into 20cm sections and make a cut through to the middle. Your Custom Vehicle Photographic Support is now ready to slip over the vehicle window pane edge. You can raise or lower the window to best suit your photo requirements. This Custom Vehicle Photographic Support is compact and fits easily into your camera bag or left in the boot.

Addo Mountain Biking

Addo is the ideal destination for mountain biking enthusiasts. Whether you are looking for a beginners or difficult trail, regardless of you strengths or weaknesses there is a trail awaiting your arrival.

Addo is home to The Addo Elephant Park Herald Mountain Race a 120km race which starts and ends in Addo Elephant National Park. Crisscross Adventures are avid mountain bikers and have mapped out a great deal of trail rides in and around the area. There are a variety of trail options available.

Your trail can either be enjoyed as a guided ride or as a self ride. Sustenance packs are available and bikes for hire.

Although known for its world famous Elephants it is still largely unexplored as a mountain biking paradise. The area offers rides from the easy and flat to the extreme distance and mountain riding routes.

Addo Mountain Biking Tour

Full day Mountain Biking excursions through some of the most scenic parts of Addo which include: Guided Mountain biking through the beautiful Zuurberg Mountains, Lunch time set up in the mountains, and Transfers.

Not too strenuous as most of the track is down hill, but for the more energised guests, more strenuous tracks are available such as those which meander through beautiful Rock Pools deep in the mountains.
